Astringent witch hazel soothes while three fruit acids-lactic, malic, and citric-are blended together to rid the skin of dulling dead cells. Silica, an essential mineral for healthy skin, absorbs excess oil deep within pores and control sebum production. Silica also acts as a microprism to help reflect a beautiful complexion. The results are radiant. Recommended for normal to oily skin.

Purified water, SD alcohol 40-B, witch hazel distillate, butylene glycol, glycerin, methyl methacrylate crosspolymer, lactic acid, citric acid, malic acid, glycolic acid, tartaric acid, camellia oleifera seed extract, silica, sodium hyaluronate, dimethicone copolyol, PEF-8, DMDM hydantoin, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate

HOW TO USE
After cleansing, shake well and apply toner liberally with soft cotton to face and neck. Follow with appropriate Neova treatment or moisturizer.
