We accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, etc.), and all online payments are processed through Payjunction - a secure online credit card processing system.
Returns and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing orders@RadianceRx.com, and we will re-credit your card within 30 days of your order.
Due to the nature of the goods, all items are sold as final & can not be returned once dispatched. RadianceRx does not provide any return postage/label if customers choose to return the products. RadianceRx.com accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions. Any defective product should in the first instance be reported to us and in return we will, on your behalf pursue a replacement from the manufacturer. If we feel it appropriate, RadianceRx.com will replace the item, at our discretion, whilst a replacement is being obtained from the manufacturer.

We describe the goods to the best of our ability, we in no way set out to mislead the customer.
