      Service Policies

      

      General Policies

      Radiance Rx Skin & Aesthetics is a medical practice, therefore, anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent with them at their initial appointment, for consent purposes. If you are pregnant, or believe you may be, please inform us when you are scheduling your appointment and at check-in. Radiance Rx Skin & Aesthetics accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and ATM debit cards. All prices, policies and services are subject to change. In order to provide a relaxing experience for you and others, we ask that you turn off all cell phones upon arrival at our office.


      Terms of Use

      By using our web site or scheduling any appointment with us, you accept our Service, Cancellation, Refund, Privacy, and Security policies and agree to abide by them.

      

      Appointments

      On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time to fill out required paperwork if you cannot fill out via the patient portal. In the case of a late arrival, every effort will be made to restore lost time, as available; however, previously scheduled appointments will take precedence. If you have an emergency during non-business hours, please call 911. For non-emergencies, contact our office via email at info@radiancerx.com.


      Cancellations and Rescheduling

      We require that you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled service if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we are not given this cancellation notice, there will be a $50 fee per appointment for most visit types. Visits with Dr. Kreymerman, and appointments for Microneedling, RF Microneedling, BBL, Moxi, Microblading, Nano Brows, and Lip Blushing require 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling, or a fee of $100 will be assessed. To avoid being charged the cancellation fee, please call us at least a full day before the scheduled time of the service you wish to cancel or reschedule. You must give us 24 hours notice by telephone whether or not you have received a telephone call, email, or text message confirming your appointment. You may call/text 919-303-4777 to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the office is closed, leave a detailed voicemail.


      If a pre-paid appointment is missed, your deposit for the procedure will also be forfeited.


      Deposits and Minimums

      All consultations, except those with Dr. Kreymerman, require a $50 deposit via credit card at the time of booking. The consultation deposit for Dr. Kreymerman is $100.


      The consultation deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards any product or service purchases made within one year. If no purchase is made, the deposit will serve as a charge for the expertise provided during the consultation. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy outlined above will result in your deposit being forfeited.


      A deposit of $100 is required when scheduling treatment for Lip Blushing, Nano brows or Microblading, and when scheduling an appointment with Dr. Kreymerman.


      Please note that there is a $150 minimum for Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau appointments. For Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau appointments with Dr. Kreymerman, the minimum is $250. 


      Prescription Refills

      Please call our office at (919) 303-4777 during regular office hours for refills. If we are unable to take your call, leave a message for the medical assistant including your name, date of birth, requested medication and pharmacy number. Calls will be returned within 24 business hours. Please allow 72 business hours for prescription refills. If you require a prescription refill but have not been seen in over a year, you will need to come in for a visit before we can issue the refill.

      

      Child Policy

      Out of respect for the privacy of our guests and the safety of both you and your child, all children under the age of 12 should not accompany you to a scheduled appointment. We ask that you make other arrangements for children while receiving your services. Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled if you arrive at your appointment with children.

      

      Financial Policy

      We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept medical insurance, we are not in network with insurance companies, and we do not act as liaison between patients and insurance companies. You are responsible for payment for all visits (cosmetic and medical) and products at the time of your visit. We accept medical financing through Care Credit.


      Credit Card on File Policy

      We require a Debit/Credit Card on file. When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked for credit card details which will be held securely in our Practice Management system in an encrypted format. Every time you visit us, we will ask what payment you’d like to use, and you’ll be able to use the card on file or a different form of payment at your discretion. If the payment is declined, we will request updated credit card information or an alternative form of payment. Please be advised, we will charge your card on file (without prior notice) for any Late Cancellations or No-Show Fees.

      

      Return Policy

      Radiance Rx Skin & Aesthetics (RRx) strives for 100% satisfaction for all of our customers. However, we recognize that there are exceptions therefore our return policy is stated below:


      Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days after purchase if you have a demonstrated adverse reaction to the product. There is no refund for any opened product after 14 days. Unopened products can be returned for credit on account only, for up to 30 days after purchase. Products may not be returned after 30 days for any reason.


      Services/treatments purchased in advance or in a “prepaid package” will remain on your account until used or until they expire (whichever comes first). Unless otherwise stated in writing, expiration for all prepaid services is 2 years from the date of purchase and the value is forfeited at that time.


       If you have an adverse reaction to a service/treatment, RRx will refund your money within 30 days OR exchange the purchased services/treatments for another type of service/treatment with similar value at our discretion. If for some reason you are unable to continue treatments/services (illness, moving, etc.) within 1 year of purchase, RRx will refund you for unused services/treatments, less a 20% administrative fee and any already used services/treatments at full price. RRx will not refund any money for services/treatments after 1 year of date of purchase.
